Fielding L. Grasty, Director, Programs and Assistant Secretary to the Board at National Arts Strategies, manages and supports program, business development and strategic information technology efforts. He directs the Boettcher Cultural Leadership Program, is seminar director for the NAS seminars Finance and Strategic Governance and leads the development of NAS online events. As Assistant Secretary to the Board, he has primary staff responsibility for administrative issues related to the Board of Directors. He serves on the board of directors of Second Street Gallery, a nonprofit contemporary art gallery in Charlottesville, Virginia. Mr. Grasty earned a B.A. with Honors in Literature from Eckerd College.
